The basis of it is that we don’t post a sales price online as it only advises potential purchasers what the bench mark is for the property when they negotiate. How We Differ From Other Agents

Many real estate agents would see your property as their stock in trade, and they only get paid when that is sold.

In fact, many agents prefer to go to auction for that reason, as they get their commission a lot sooner. The agent will generally give the reason that auctions will achieve the best price.

Auctions generally work best in a sellers market and more so with properties that have a unique attribute or feature.

There will always be a person who sees what you, the owner, sees in your property, and unless time is of the essence for selling your property, our strength is that we will take as long as necessary to get the price the owner wants for the property. We would be assisting you to get the best price for their property no matter how long it takes. We treat your property as though it was one of our own.

We can afford do this as our stock in trade is new and off the plan properties, where we have a number of developments nationwide that we are selling at any one point in time.

So for us, there is no urgency for us to sell your property at a lower price than you want to achieve. We will also inform our database in excess of 6000 investors about your property.

As we don’t display the price online we have the ability to achieve the maximum price, no matter what our appraised values come in at.

Auctioning your property is always a considered option as auctions are meant to commit purchasers to purchase sooner, unless of course clearance rates are dropping.
